Service Description

This laid back class for all levels will teach you how to find functional ways to get your body moving while maintaining your busy life. Select this option if you want to take a private virtual basics class in-person in Slidell. You will receive an email confirmation with the address of the location 24 hours prior to your session. Morning-of cancellations will be rescheduled as virtual classes. Please arrange for childcare. Kids are welcome at in-home private sessions and virtual basics classes. ***When booking any bundled services, please select ANY of the available sessions-THIS SELECTION WILL NOT BE YOUR CLASS DATE! Within 24 hours of purchasing your bundle, I will email you a unique coupon code that will allow you to book the number of classes purchased (i.e., if you purchase a 4 class bundle, you will get an email with a coupon code that will allow you to book the class you chose, four times). These codes are good for 1 year from the purchase date and can be used at your leisure. If you do not use your code to book your individual classes, you will not be on my class list and will therefore not get the log in/location information required to access it.
